The practice-forming case of Legal Group «Intellectual Property» on infringement of copyright of studio «Melnitsa»

The animation studio «Melnitsa» asks the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation to check the rule that persons found in arbitration as infringers of copyrights, can recover legal costs from the rights holders if the claim has been filed for compensation within the minimum legal limit and the court has found the case to be exceptionally and reduced the amount of compensation «below the lower limit».
