The client appealed to register a number of trademarks.
A patent search was implemented. Applications for registration of a trademark were prepared and filed. A number of lawsuits have been organized with the requirement of early termination of the legal protection of trademarks due to non-use by the copyright holder.
Lawsuits have been completed successfully for the client, the claims have been satisfied, or a settlement agreement had been reached. Trademarks were registered.
