Massive violation of trademarks rights.
The documents of title to the client’s IS were revised, the necessary revisions were made. We have launched continuous monitoring of retail outlets throughout the Russian Federation. For each (out of more than 800) cases of violation of the client’s rights, the fact of violation was recorded and a massive filing of claims began in court demanding the termination of illegal activities and payment of compensation.
Formation of the opinion of market participants of high riskiness of business associated with violation of client rights. There is an extensive representation of counterfeit goods in trade. This trend is gaining strength and reached its maximum within the next year.
